Adrian Pasdar, ex-star of Heroes, was officially charged with DUI in January and was expected to appear in court on Wednesday but made his mind not to attend. Instead, Pasdar’s attorney showed up with a guiltless appeal from the 44-year-old actor. An evidentiary hearing has now been set for March 15.

Pasdar’s accusation started off after the police took him into custody on January 27. Police arrested Adrian after they spotted him veering in the middle of two lanes on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles at 94 mph. California Highway patrol told that when Police officers contacted Pasdar, they noticed that an odor of Alcoholic beverage was expelling from the vehicle and found out that Pasdar was under the influence of alcohol.

Subsequently, Pasdar was arrested and taken to nearby jail where a bail was set at $15,000. Even though his bail was a bit high since he rebuffed to take a breathalyzer, he was able to post bond.

Pasdar, who is married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, hurled to fame in the short-termed Fox series Profit. He became commonly known among the public when he was cast as Nathan Patrelli on Heroes, which he became part of four seasons.
